Entry requirement: None. It is built for managers and supervisors who have no prior safety expertise.
How it runs: IOSH does not put an expiry date on the Managing Safely certificate. They do recommend the one-day Refresher to keep up with changes in best practice and regulation, which is worth knowing if a client or framework asks you for something in date.
