How quickly will you come back to me?

Usually the same working day, and always within one. If you need an answer faster than that, call 01793 497181 — someone will pick up between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday.

I don’t know which course I need.

That is fine and it is most enquiries. Pick “Not sure — please advise”, tell us what the people do and what prompted the enquiry, and we will tell you the shortest route that satisfies it.

Can you train just one person?

Yes — for PAT there are public courses running every week across the UK, and for most other subjects we can find you a place. On-site only makes sense from about four people upwards.

Do you do discounts for multiple courses?

Yes. Volume discounts apply to repeat customers as standard, and if you are booking several subjects together it is worth telling us in one go rather than separately.
